Join Edie for this relaxing 4 week Spa Yoga + Breathwork Series that helps you slow down, relax and reconnect.

Spa Yoga is a beautiful blend of hatha + restorative yoga with a fluid element to it. Focused on accessible sequencing + great attention on breath – each class leaves you feeling like you’ve just been to the spa.

No yoga or breathwork experience required.
