Intro to Pilates with Melanie Hill


Join Melanie for a four week exploration of movement. You will be using curiosity and practicing body awareness to explore and engage the deepest muscle chains in our bodies. Let's move from a centred place, with intention and connection to find a true sense of stability, strength and mobility. 

What you can expect is a warm, body-positive approach, that explores our whole selves. We will be challenged, but only from a self-regulated space, thatoffers lots of opportunity for modification and autonomy. These classes are appropriate for all levels.

Tuesdays in July 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th -- 3-4pm

Thursdays in July 11th, 18th, 25th and August 1st -- 4-5 pm
