Tension Relief through Movement with Kim Ball


This experiential series will include theory and practice for you to become familiar with a simple and effective movement technique called Somatics (in the Thomas Hanna tradition).

Learn how to deepen the connection to your body by releasing physical tension and stress. This class will help you alleviate muscle pain, reduce stiffness, improve posture, balance, and regain freedom and ease of movement.

No experience necessary. Must be able to get up and down from the floor.
