Baby and Me


You can expect gentle pilates and stretching to support your body, along with yoga concepts, mindful breathing, and intentional time for connection. These sessions are designed to nurture both body and nervous system while creating space to share and connect with other parents. This group welcomes all parents and babies—from newborns to crawlers, and even toddlers. Committing to the full 8-week series is encouraged to help cultivate a sense of community. You are welcome to arrive late or leave early.
