Prenatal yoga is curated for the ever-changing pregnant body, mind and spirit. Learn and practice modifications to the asana practice, integrate many helpful coping tools such as pranayama, visualizations, mantras and community support with other parents-to-be.
Mondays, June 3 - July 15 (NO class on July 1st)
6-7:15pm
These classes are led as a 6 week series but drop in’s are welcome as space permits.
