8 WEEK RUN & YOGA SERIES

This is your season to move, connect, and complete a 5K- whether it’s your first or your fastest.

Join us for an 8-week progressive run and yoga program built for women who want to feel stronger, more energized, and supported every step of the way.

Each week includes a structured running plan with three runs:

  • Tuesdays: Technique and skills-based group run

  • Thursdays: Optional solo run to build consistency

  • Saturdays: Longer group run at Harborview Park from 7:30 to 8:30 AM. We run together along the water. It’s a beautiful and energizing way to start your weekend.

 After our Tuesday run, we head into a 1-hour in-studio yoga session with Karen Jay to stretch, reset, and restore.

You’ll be part of a supportive, motivating community of women and train in one of two groups:

  • Group A: A beginner-friendly group if you’ve never run a 5K or are returning after a break

  • Group B: An intermediate group for those ready to challenge their pace and endurance
